In honor of Cinco de Mayo, Megan and I visited the local taco cart on the corner of South Temple and 400 West in Salt Lake City. Can you say YUMMY!!! We bought tacos de carne asada and I spoke in Spanish with el dueño de la tienda de tacos. If you are downtown I highly recommend you stop for lunch at Tacos de Hildago--and they're cheap!
